About Christopher S. Lessard

If you had to describe Chris in two words, it would be dynamically diverse! At the bright age of 13 Chris started working for his neighbor assisting in fulfilling and shipping Amway orders out their garage! When he got a little older, he started his career in the banking industry before graduating into the insurance industry and joining the world of real-estate!

Chris is a lifelong resident of the Capital District, born and raised in Waterford…the Oldest incorporated village in the United States! Chris takes great pride in keeping the character and history of his properties intact while adding the modern conveniences when renovating, he LOVES home design and renovations!

Chis is invested in our communities as well as in his real-estate career. He’s earned his Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation, this is for real estate buyer's agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process, the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation which is the premier credential in seller representation, and the Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) designation which s for REALTORS® who want to be able to meet the special needs of maturing Americans when selling, buying, or relocating, He’s also working on earning the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, which a survey of REALTORS® indicate only 5 to 10% us hold!

Although it seems like Chris is always working, he enjoys down time with his pride and joy, Zoe (his GSD) and his camp family in the Adirondacks. Chris is family oriented with his roots grounded deeply right here in the Capital Region. He’s recently partnered with Staged Nest because we uphold the same moral compass and align the same business integrity that sets us apart and independent, independent with purpose!
