Whether clients are preparing to purchase a home or hoping to sell their existing home, Janine’s mission is to build a partnership with all of her clients, encompassing all stages of her client's journey, including the successful closing of a home.

 

Janine is an NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with a deep commitment to excel in the real estate industry. She has an extensive background in the finance industry that spans over 28 years with a notable National Finance Institution. Before pursuing her chosen passion, a career in Real Estate, she held various roles of increasing responsibility in finance. These include positions as an Account Manager, Lead Property Tax Analyst, Senior Re-marketing Analyst, + Vice President of Originations. She possesses + maintains a Certified Lease + Finance Professional designation (CLFP). This is a credential for finance professionals throughout the world that demonstrates competency + commitment to excellence while adhering to the highest ethical standards in the industry.

 

Janine was born + raised in the Capital District. In high school, she excelled at soccer + carried that passion into her adult life. Janine has spent the last 13 years as a Head Soccer Coach, fostering relationships with families that continue today. Janine also served on the Board of Directors of a local soccer league.

 

Janine brings dedication + passion to all of her pursuits + looks forward to bringing that same enthusiasm to helping her Real Estate clients realize their dreams.
